This includes the core branding elements of a company – logo, colour palettes, and typography. In case the brand already has these in place, we go over them once with the client to discuss the design constants and variables. Moodboards, illustrations or imagery references are curated if the project requires it.

We map the User Journey for the website / app to create the most seamless and efficient User Experience (UX). Our designers then use advanced software like Adobe XD and Figma for wireframing the UX layout. The client is given test link/software access for reviewing wireframes.

Once the wireframes are locked, we begin User Interface (UI) designing in a systematic way. Initially, a few pages/frames are designed and shared for approvals – as a design checkpoint. This way we can confirm that the client’s and designer’s project vision is in alignment. When these are approved, we move on to designing the remaining templates.

By end of the project, if any additional requirements are there from the website/app Development team (eg. Icons, transition elements, favicons, etc), we design and submit those as well.

Once the designs are approved, project source files and a detailed Brand Design Guidelines document is submitted to the client.

The usual terms are 50% advance payment and 50% within 30 days of project submission. The scope of work will be clearly defined in the project proposal document. Any additional work done by the designer (beyond the agreed scope of work) will be chargeable.
